Fluid Analysis

  • Maximize machine life
  • Contaminant levels help accurately predict component failures
  • Any make or model

It’s important to analyze the fluids in your machines at regular intervals in order to identify problems before they become major issues. To simplify the process, we offer fluid analysis kits which include everything you need, with instructions, to gather samples of the oils, coolant, and fuel, then send them to a certified laboratory for analysis. The results give you alerts for any issues that may need to be addressed. By performing fluid analysis at regular intervals, equipment problems can be identified early, so you can address them quickly and avoid downtime.

Why is fluid analysis important?
All the components in your machine that are lubricated with oil will experience normal wear rates. As these parts wear, particles are released into the fluids that can be detected through regular sampling. Fluid analysis identifies the contaminants that indicate abnormal wear or issues with specific systems or parts. With that information, we can predict when repairs are needed, before a failure occurs.
